Host a fundraising night at Mammoth Burger Company! Your supporters dine in or order takeout, and a portion of sales goes directly to your organization.

How It Works

1. Apply Online: Submit your request on the Mammoth Burger Company website with your preferred date and time (Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday).
2. Approval & Promotion: Once approved, Mammoth will confirm your event and provide promotional tools, including a flyer and a co-hosted Facebook event.
3. Event Day: Your supporters dine at Mammoth during your event time.
   • Mammoth donates 20% of eligible food and beverage sales to your organization.
   • Plus, 50% of all retail merchandise sales and beer growler fills.

Who Can Participate

Local nonprofit organizations and school-affiliated groups in Stanwood or Camano Island. Such as PTAs, PTOs, sports teams, and clubs.

How Supporters Participate

• In-store orders: Guests can either show the event flyer or tell their server the name of your organization.
• Online orders: Supporters note the organization name in the comments section at checkout.

Only food, beverage, growler fill, and merchandise sales qualify toward donations. Gift card purchases do not apply.

Donation Details

After your event:

• Mammoth will calculate eligible sales from all tagged orders.
• A donation check for 20% of qualified sales will be issued to your organization shortly after the event.

We donate a gift basket of goods and gift certificate for charitable auction.
